“Designated Premises” are the premises designated by the Malaysian Authorities which undertake to provide BOG1 i.e. to provide a world-class physical and information insfrastructure. MSC Status Companies which relocate to “Designated Premises” are able to enjoy all the benefits and incentives provided by the MSC authorities. Example of “Designated Premises” are the UOA Corporate Tower in Bangsar South, Plaza Sentral in KL Sentral, G Tower in KLCC, The Intermark in KLCC, etc.
